We only cook what a home cooks
Santhi's Kitchen is not a restaurant that invented a menu. There is what the kitchen makes that day — a fry, a curry, a dal, a chutney, rice, and hot snacks through the evening. Families come by, pick up what they need for the night, and lay it out on their own table.
The plates are yours. The company is yours. Only the cooking is ours, and we do it exactly as it is done at home: no preservatives, no artificial colors, no frozen ingredients.
